(Students should have eaten dinner beforehand)
  • 6:00-6:30 pm - check-in and t-shirt dispersal
  • 6:30 pm - Load buses
  • 7:30 pm - Session 1
  • 9:30 pm - Pizza dinner and Extended Worship Night with River Valley AGES
  • 11:30 pm - Bus picks us up
  • 11:45 pm - Parents pickup @ church
(Remind students to eat lunch on Friday before coming on Thursday night!)

Friday, the 18th of October
EAT LUNCH BEFORE COMING!
  • 12:30 pm - Meet @ the church (check for wrist bands)
  • 12:45 pm - Load buses
  • 1:30 pm - Session 1 
  • 3:00 pm - Load buses
  • 3:30-6:00 - Afternoon Activities
  • 6:15 pm - Load Buses
  • 7:00 pm - Night Session
  • 10:30 pm - Load Buses
  • 10:45 pm - Parents pick up students
